Girls First Acacademy Performance Days
GFA performance camps have developed into so much more than the standard "holiday club camp". We see this time to work with players over a prolonged period of time as a golden opportunity to learn so much in a brilliant environment. We work on some key principles and always ask ourselves some important questions when developing the timetable for performance camps. Is it fun? Will it improve our players?
We draw in top coaches from the area as guest coaches to expose our players to as much knowledge as we can. Players will work with a variety of coaches throughout a performance camp with each coach offering further knowledge and offering a different voice and challenge to our players.
Our camps are held at both grass and 4G venues to allow the player opportunity to develop on both surfaces.

Girls First Academy operates on Direct Debit payments only. Upon acceptance into our academy all new members will be sent a link to sign up for Direct Debit via our provider "go cardless". It is your responsibility to fill in this link so that your childs DD can be created. DD will be taken within the first 7 days of each calendar month and will cover the upcoming month sessions. New members receive two free taster sessions after which they pay cash for the remaining sessions of that calendar month with DD payments beginning on the next calendar month.
Booking of 1-1 coaching or Holiday Camps are to be paid in full. Any cancellations 48 hours before a booked session will be none refundable however an alternative time may be offered in exceptional circumstances. We constantly strive to offer our members the best possible service at an affordable price. However, we must run a sustainable business which can operate based on a pre-booking system.
If you wish to cancel any subscription this must be done to our lead coach directly via email or text message. This will allow any payments to be frozen or cancelled via GoCardless. If you wish to cancel a booking for a 1-1 session or performance camp once again this must be done 48 hours before the session. Once a payment is taken at the beginning of each calendar month that will cover all forthcoming sessions and cancellation will begin from the next month.
Failed payments if a payment fails GFA are not accept any liability for any bank charges you may incur, the responsibility lies with customers to make sure funds are available for payment. When a payment fails a member of the GFA team will contact you to arrange payment. Should a member fail to arrange payment before the next calendar month the membership will be frozen.
Cancelled sessions and half term breaks. GFA sessions will run in term time only. During the summer holidays GFA will run a performance camp for all members equating too the number of hours a member pays for August. If a session is cancelled due to inclement weather or any other exceptional circumstances that session will then be delivered in one of the half term weeks.
